TERMS AND CONDITIONS WARRANTY
- Our warranty period is for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Any products/parts replaced will be supplied on the same conditions and with the same warranty, commencing on the date of delivery of the replaced product or part.
- If all or part of a product is repaired, the product or part of it will be supplied on the same terms and conditions as the original product or part.
- Warranty is void if the label of the goods is removed or if the goods have been tampered with in any way whatsoever.
RETURNS
- Return of products will not be accepted unless Hydro-pack Hydraulics has received a substantiated written claim within 14 days from the date of delivery. Prior authorization must be obtained from Hydro-pack Hydraulics before the customer returns a product.
- On return, products must be accompanied by appropriate documentation stipulating the original invoice number.
- Hydro-pack Hydraulics accepts no liability for defects caused by the customer’s installation of the products.
- If the products have been modified or repaired, or the products have not been used, stored or maintained as recommended by Hydro-pack Hydraulics, your claim may be rejected.
- Where the customer has failed to observe the terms of payment for the product, or any other obligation imposed by our Terms & Conditions, your claim may be rejected.
- A restocking fee may be charged at the discretion of Hydro-pack Hydraulics.
PRICES
- All prices stated in this catalogue are in Australian Dollars, and exclude GST.
- All costs associated with cartage, insurance and haulage are not included in this catalogue and are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- While every effort is made to ensure the prices in this catalogue are correct, Hydro-pack Hydraulics fully reserve the right to change these prices without notice.
DELIVERY
- Hydro-pack Hydraulics will not be responsible for any delays arising from individual dispute or causes outside of its control.
